Prayer Concerns
- Laura Shaw – Prayers for healing from an auto accident. Prayers for finding a replacement car.
- Cristina Ramos – Prayers for her back pain, sinus pain, and for her two sons, especially son, Sergio.
- Sean Morris – Continued prayers for his recovery. He is making progress, but speech recovery has been difficult and frustrating.
- Gary Berthold – Prayers for successful cataract surgery on Monday, April 14th.
- Barbara Olson – Doing better after a staff infection in her elbow.
- The family of Mike Hope, Tom’s neighbor, who passed on Monday of this week.
- Mark Gentry – Mark is progressing with physical therapy. He is able to transition from a wheelchair to a car making it possible to go places together as a family.
- Mimi’s grandson, Alex, looking for a job. Prayers for something good to happen.
- Joyce Berthold for continuing back and neck pain, daughter Elaine, and Elaine’s daughter Rebecca having expensive car issues in Detroit.
- Dan’s mom holding her own for now, and Dan’s sister, Holly, who is providing mom’s care.
- Mark Hurd – Prayers for continued healing
- Heather’s friend Joe, a generous giver of time and home, facing work reductions
- Heather’s daughter-in-law, Anna, whose job was terminated by US Aid, and son, Kelly, whose primary focus was DEI at UCSD and must reduce his work staff.
- FoodShare – Pending loss of dairy products to the program from its current source.
- Myanmar and the 3,600 + affected by the recent earthquake.

- Laura Shaw – grateful praises to all those that helped after her car accident: Judy, Susan, Tom, Martha, Ernestine, Helen, Ruby.
- Thank you, Helen, for the beautiful flowers for Palm Sunday!
- Tom friend’s, Ellie, and her celebration of Jewish Seder with friend, Sonder, 99 years old and a Holocaust survivor.
- Tom’s daughter, Verdi, visiting with her children.
- Mark Hurd for returning health and ability to manage the ranch once again.
- Joanna’s daughter-in-law, Annalisa, has been hired at Cal State University, San Bernardino in a position that plans enrichment programs with the faculty. Annalisa considers it the perfect job.
- The wonderful fragrance of orange blossoms coming into bloom this season
- The wonderful love within the Bardsdale church community
- Painting of the church and chapel is nearly completed. Power washing is complete except for the steeple that requires scaffolding. Wood damage has been noted in various locations and will be repaired. The entry doors will be refinished as well as the railings. Prayers for completing in time for Easter!
Travel Mercies
- Joy Asenas as she travels to Italy to be with family.
- Robert and Marcia travelling Australia and New Zealand over the next two months
- Gary’s granddaughter, Rebecca, as she commutes to work in snowy Detroit
